1. Scan PDF Paspor Baru dan paspor lama Asli halaman depan sampai belakang dengan masa berlaku min. 9 bln beserta visa dan cap yang terdapat di paspor tersebut (passport baru 1 PDF & passport lama 1 pdf)
2. Passport tidak boleh ada kerusakan, seperti : Terkena cairan, halaman passport berlubang( streples) atau bekas sticker ,Passport wajib dalam keadaan rapih.
3. Scan PDF Surat Sponsor dan SIUP dari tempat bekerja, Surat Ijin Suami (jika pergi tanpa suami), Surat ijin ke-2 orang tua apabila salah satu orangtua tidak ikut berangkat (PDF)
4. Scan PDF bukti keuangan legalisir min. 3 bulan terakhir, boleh Rekening Koran/Tabungan, apabila bukti keuangan terlalu banyak lembar nya. Ambil transaksi 4 lebar di awal dan 4 lembar di akhir untuk setiap bulannya (1 PDF)
5. Scan PDF surat referensi bank
6. Scan PDF slip gaji 3 bulan terakhir apabila bekerja
7. Scan PDF KTP, KK, Surat Nikah / Surat Cerai / Surat Kematian
8. Scan Surat Hak Perwalian Anak dari Pengadilan, Kartu Pelajar, Surat Keterangan Sekolah, Akte lahir Anak, untuk anak yang bepergian dengan orang tuanya (1 PDF)
9. Scan PDF Ticket pejalanan dan booking hotel, Travel Insurance, untuk yang berusia diatas > 75 th (jika ada) (1 PDF)
10. Scan PDF Medical Check Up dari dokter yang ditunjuk, untuk yang berusia diatas >75th (1 PDF)*
11. Scan PDF Inviter terdiri dari Invitation Letter, Paspor Aussie / Paspor Indonesia, Visa PR Aussie, Driver License (SIM), Akte Lahir, Ganti Nama Jika ada
12. Form Kecil Australia yg diisi lengkap

PEMBERITAHUAN

• Masing-masing file Softcopy PDF tersebut tidak boleh melebihi 3MB (Kirim via email, 1 email 1 aplikasi)
• Tamu harus isi form kecil Australia dengan lengkap dan dikirm asli ke Tripdeals.id
• Untuk anak <18thn yang pergi tidak dengan kedua orang tua atau salah satu orang tua, harus mengisi dan Scan PDF form 1229 dan di TTD oleh orang tua yang tidak ikut berpegian beserta KTP orang tua tersebut

TRAVELLING TO AUSTRALIA

• From 21 February 2022, visa holders who are fully vacinated with two doses of a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved COVID-19 vaccine can travel to Australia quarantine-free, without the need to apply for a travel exemption.

Alert:

• To be eligible to enter Australia, international travellers must:
• hold a valid Australian visa
• be fully vaccinated with two doses of a COVID-19 vaccine approved by Australia's Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) and provide proof of vaccination status.
• Present a negative rapid antigen test (RAT) or Polymerase chai reaction (PCR) Covid-19 test taken within 24 hours od departure (unless a medical exemption applies).
• As of 7 February 2022, fully vaccinated visa holders can enter all states and terriroties quarantine-free from 21 February 2022, except for Western Australia.
• Travellers will need to comply with requirements in the state or territory of their arrival, and any other state or territories that they plan to travel to. Information on entry requirements is udated regularly so it is important to check the latest requirements before travelling. Travellers are also encouraged to check any requirements for stopover destintations that they are transitioning through.

All travellers coming to Australia are required to proide critical health information prior to their departure, through the Digital Passenger Declaration (DPD). You can start your DPD 7 days before travvel, but must complete it within 72 hours before departure of Australia.
